House Rules

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AND/OR AROUND THE DOORS AND/WINDOWS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $300 SMOKE REMEDIATION FEE FOR VIOLATIONS. CHECK-IN IS AT 3, CHECKOUT IS AT 10AM SHARP, ADDITIONAL HOURS PAST CHECK-OUT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE CHARGED AT $50/HOUR. Parties are NOT allowed- this is a quiet, respectful neighborhood, with longtime neighbors and families around us whom we value and are friends. We want you to enjoy our space, but we want to make sure that their space is also respected. Music is allowed in the backyard, but please no loud, raucous, disturbing or unnecessary noise. Please note that if there are any complaints to the police department, fines could vary between $100-$500. Any fees incurred by the host will be charged to the guests. Any damage to property, decor, or furniture will be charged at the full value of the item, repair, or replacement, plus repair, cleaning, and repair fees. We do not accept extra guests. The house can only accommodate 4, and there are only two beds. There are cameras at all entries, so we will know if any extra guests stayed the night, and we will charge extra fees. DO NOT MOVE HOUSE FURNITURE; FURNITURE FOUND OUT OF PLACE MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES; WE TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS BEFORE AND AFTER ALL STAYS.

Neighborhood

Only a little over a block from downtown Broad Street, this neighborhood has quick and easy access to Southern Pines' fine dining, shops, and entertainment - all within walking distance. The main road to Fort Bragg is at our front door, with access to Hwy 1 and Aberdeen all within minutes. There are restaurants, a movie theatre, historic sites, PGA tour golf courses, equestrian farms, art centers, galleries, and nature reserves and estates all within walking distance or a short drive.

Find us

Parking is available for free on the street, and there is also one private parking spot, however it is on a shared driveway, so the driveway cannot be blocked, but there is a dedicated space for one vehicle at the end of the driveway. All others will need to park on the street, where there is always space.
